The BMO MSCI USA Equal Weight Index ETF has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible before fees and expenses, the performance of the MSCI USA Equal Weighted Index that provides exposure to equity securities of issuers listed in the U.S. The ETF invests in and holds the constituent securities of the Index in the same proportions as represented in the Index. The ETF may invest in securities that have investment characteristics similar to the Index or to a subset of the Index constituents.
