The BMO MSCI EAFE Small-Mid Cap Index ETF is designed to replicate, to the extent possible before fees and expenses, the performance of the MSCI EAFE SMID Cap Index that provides exposure to equity securities of mid-, and small-capitalization issuers in developed-market countries other than Canada and the U.S. The ETF invests in and holds the constituent securities of the Index in the same proportions as represented in the Index. The ETF may invest in securities that have investment characteristics similar to the Index or to a subset of the Index constituents.
