The BMO Human Capital Factor US equity ETF seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing U.S. equities that score highly in the management of human capital, which seeks to link company culture and equity performance in a quantifiable factor. Equities are selected using third party data and methodologies developed by Irrational Capital that consider non-financial dimensions including, but not limited to: direct managerial relationships, organizational alignment, engagement, innovation, organizational effectiveness, emotional connection, and extrinsic motivation. These dimensions are applied to a broad U.S. equity universe, with the top 120 to 150 ranked securities selected for inclusion in the portfolio.
